Business Process Improvement
Tenzing works with clients to design and improve business processes. Tenzing's business process improvement (BPI) methodology has been developed over many years and numerous client engagements and incorporates aspects of lean and six sigma. Our BPI methodology ensures a customer-centric approach and enables end to end visibility within an organisation. These traits are often difficult to achieve without the application of a methodology as many businesses are managed by function, resulting in numerous hand off's and a lack of upstream and downstream impacts across the enterprise.
Our BPI methodology will help you to:
- remove or automate low value and manual tasks.
- understand the process critical path and eliminate bottlenecks and pain points.
- maximise process velocity across the enterprise.
- ensure resources are proving an optimal return.
Tenzing works with clients to redesign processes and to manage the implications on the organisation structures and to identify and performance measures that ensure process objectives are being achieved. With many clients this may involve implementing a formal Business Process Management System; a self sustaining system that looks for continuous improvement in process management with a focus on measurement, often supported by automated tools.
