Tenzing is a SAP Certified partner. We have been working with SAP since 1995 in New Zealand (initially as KPMG and BearingPoint). We have undertaken over 20 SAP implementations in New Zealand. Our team have significant experience in implementing SAP systems, SAP Upgrades and SAP extensions (the implementation of additional modules and areas).
We have our own implementation methodology that compliments SAP's standard approaches, and has additional focus on Benefits Realisation, Process and Change Management dimensions. In every implementation we tailor our methodology to minimise risk, and avoid potential disruption to mission critical applications.
In addition to our proven methodology, our people have the skills and knowledge to identify and mitigate specific risks throughout the delivery of the implementation. The breadth of skill and expertise within Tenzing will serve to build a comprehensive safety net addressing both software and implementation issues.
